Synergy Steering Box Bolt Kit for Jeep JL, JLU, and JT Models

This bolt kit is required to install the Synergy Jeep JL / JLU / JT front track bar and sector shaft brace kit (# 8869-01) on your Jeep JL / JLU / JT with updated cast iron steering box. Due to Chrysler’s recent TSB# 08-074-20 REV. B, this hardware kit is required for vehicles using the updated (cast iron) steering box.

If the vehicle features an aluminum steering box, then the factory steering gear box bolts are sufficient for securing the Synergy Jeep JL / JLU / JT front track bar and sector shaft brace kit (# 8869-01) to the frame rail of the vehicle. If the vehicle features a cast iron steering box, then the four factory steering gear box bolts are not sufficient due to their length, and will need to be replaced with this bolt kit.

• 2018-Current Jeep Wrangler JL / JLU
• 2020-Current Jeep JT Gladiator

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• (4) 10.9 grade steel M12 – 1.50 x 120mm hex cap bolts with zinc finish
• (4) 10.9 grade steel Washers
