Description
ARB’s base rack for the 2018-2023 Jeep JL Unlimited includes ARB’s BaseRack Mounting Kit, ARB’s Baserack deflector, and ARB’s 61 x 51″ Base Rack (PN1770020).
KEY FEATURES:
- Mount Kit compatible with 61″ x 51″ BASE Rack (PN 1770020)
- Mount feet attach to original equipment factory points in the vehicle roof.
- Roof clearance from bottom of roof rack to high point of the vehicle is 1.37″
- Added minimum height to vehicle is 2.75″
- Front section of factory hardtop can be removed with base rack in place.
KIT DETAILS:
Using the proven internal frame for ARB’s classic style roof racks as the basis, a BASE Rack specific mount kit has been developed for the Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited fitted with the factory hardtop. Internal bracketry is carried over from the previous kit with BASE Rack specific blade brackets developed to suit the 61″”x51″” PN 1770020 BASE Rack.
ARB’s Roof Rack mount kit achieves the load rating of 630Ibs by mounting directly to the vehicle roll cage and the top of the vehicle tub section. The internal frame kit is mounted with a combination of M6, MS, and M10 fasteners and includes rubber gaskets for the mount holes required to be drilled into the factory hardtop.
