The Cognito Long Travel Front Control Arm Kit for the Polaris RZR is the starting point for putting together any serious long travel suspension setup.
This OEM Polaris control arms are lightweight and suffice for light to moderate operation. Under more aggressive use, OEM bushings, ball joints, and even the arms themselves can fail. Cognito control arms use larger bushings, uni-ball spherical bearings, and hardened stainless steel spindle pins designed to handle abuse. The upper arms have a robust boxed sheet metal and tube design which increases strength while keeping weight to a minimum.
