Our SDHQ Built 2019-2026 Ram 2500/3500 HD (including Power Wagons) Intercooler Skid Plate System is designed and manufactured with precision, using 3D CAD technology for an OEM-quality fit and finish. This system, designed specifically for trucks with stock bumpers, is made from heavy-duty material and tested to hold up to the vehicle’s weight. Made in the USA, this system ensures the reliability and quality you need.

- 3/16” Steel Plate, 0.188 wall 4130 Tubing, and 3/16” 5052 Aluminum construction for durability
- On diesel applications, it perfectly covers and protects the vital intercooler system
- Fits Power Wagon applications as an immensely stronger than stock front skid plate
- Increased approach angle and clearance
- Rock Light provisions on both sides of the Skid Plate (Baja Designs, Dune Gear Halo, and Micro)
- Eliminates factory-front valance
- Drilling of stock bumper required (3 holes for ¼” nutserts)
