Design & Engineering
An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. This advanced design features larger 2-Row, 42mm aluminum cores which increases the fluid capacity of the radiator and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF’s Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.

CSF vs OEM
The 13th/14th Gen F-150s / 2nd Gen Raptors received what many would consider an undersized radiator. This was the first generation to offer the new EcoBoost motors and there were some kinks to work out.
