**Some early model trucks require minor drilling on axle mount for installation

• (2) 8515 sway bar links
• (2) Sway bar link ends (sealed tie rod ends)
• (2) ½-12 UNC jam nuts
• (2) 851501 stem top sway bar link adapter
• (2) 5/8-18 tapered nuts
• (2) ½-12 UNC x 3.0″ long hex head bolt GR8
• (2) ½-12 UNC Stover nut
• (4) ½” flat washer GR8

Min/Max lengths measured from center of the lower bolt hole to the flat on the adapter: 8515-01

• Minimum Collapsed: 7 1/2″
• Maximum Extended: 8 1/2″

• Minimum Collapsed: 10 7/16″
• Maximum Extended: 11 3/8″

Note: 

• Model year 1998.5-2002 trucks require Synergy Heavy Duty Steering Kit 8525-02 for 2000 – 2002 Ram trucks and 8525-03 for 1994 – 1999 Ram trucks to be installed for the Sway Bar End link to properly clear the steering linkage.
• For the 8515-11 Heavy Duty Sway Bar Links to be used on a 1998-2002 Ram, part number 4006-01 must be used
• Model year 2003-2009 trucks may have clearance issues on passenger side if vehicle is equip with factory Y-link steering kit.
